TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles east of Mexico's Baja California.
